This is the 240v power board . Yes!  there is no main fuse!!!!.

                                    Notice the insulation. to protect the bottle from the exhaust manifold.

                                                      So how to Start! first : large rubbish bin!

 

Totaly stripped inside and started again from scratch.

Removed and replaced floor.

Just a bit of rust passenger side front.

Boot Bed and first base cupboards.

 

 

Base for the kitchen unit.

                      The bed is level with ground so when sitting on relatively flat ground the bed and stove are  usable I kept the cupboards walls level with the door frame and windows to give the illusion that things are square. This was due to the coaster having the back end higher than the front.

Cut hole and installed Hot water heater and new water tank filler

 

 

Cut hole and installed Gas Bottle box.

 

Started Ply Battons and insulation.

cut up some lenghths of 7mm ply 60mm wide and glued and screwed to roof beams to give the roof sheet somthing to glue too. Insulation is also sound proofing

 

First roof sheet no nails rivets showing glued to roof ply.

The New Hatch  is in.

Roof Themacoat insulation paint 2 coats so far.

 

Fridge to fit in here and 240v inlet. It will run on gas and 240V.

15th May 2008 had a few months off working on my project due to work commitments and hot weather.

back into it again this month i have installed an 85w solar panel 12v air conditioner built the pantry and base for front seats  and a bit of the interior paneling.

 

Solar Panel and air conditioner installed.

 

pantry and front seat come fold out bed.

 

Battery box in bottom of pantry.

And with the lid off  plenty of room to get to battery and regulator.
